Fortnite has been undergoing one of its best periods in recent memory, as with the new season releasing, there is a ton of content for players to check out
Now, Fortnite OG is finally here, the season is going to last around a month, but players are already breaking records according to Epic themselves.
Here’s what they said.
Fortnite OG Has Already Surpassed 100 Million Hours Played
The brand new season is filled with content for players, as we’re going back in time, the map is further going to be changing each week, until we reach Season X.
For those who weren’t around during its time, Season X was the conclusion of the first Fortnite chapter, and the last time we witnessed the first map.
However, while we wait for the end to come, players are taking advantage of the glorious OG feeling of Fortnite, and so much so that Epic has had to note how many hours have been played cumulatively by players.
They noted on Twitter that over 100 million hours were clocked in the first day of the new season alone, so who knows how many hours are actually going to be played throughout the month.
It has blown our minds that Fortnite is peaking in terms of players playing this far into the games cycle, but it only goes to show us how beloved the OG map is.
